MaxWall
Maxwall’s double-skinned hollow metal wall panels with interlocking rabbeted edges are manufactured from heavy gauge galvanized steel. Each panel is made with 28 gauge internal steel reinforcements spot welded 30 times per square foot. Panels are installed in heavy steel channels which may be expansion anchored into the floor/ceiling structure. Maxwall panels are fully grouted with 3,000 PSI concrete after installation to substantially reduce sound transmission and enhance overall security. Door frames, borrowed lites and windows are fabricated into Maxwall panels.
Steel Security Wall System
- 2” thick wall panels (compared to the usual 4” to 9” walls of other systems.
- Widths and heights are customized to fit project specific needs.
- Panels can be installed during or after superstructure is complete.
